Job stability, experienced/professional colleagues, good support and common (i.e. IT and HR) services, working with geographically diverse teams, safe working environment. Ideal environment where job stability and security is what you are looking for.
Cons
Lengthy processes and red tape, hard if you are a creative individual. Challenging for younger workers as most of your peers are quite senior and you need to manage yourself in a very professional environment. So not where you would want to be if you want a startup like environment.
