Pros

Lots of growth opportunity SOME teams have good camaraderie Willing to take people at entry level without as much experience Make the remote environment still very friendly and connected Supported in my off boarding process

Cons

Unhealthy work life balance culture Actively discouraged from having respect for yourself and speaking out about mistreatment from the people who were higher up Blindsided reviews with no prior feedback Start up culture leads to the mentality of sink or swim while people even on your team (including above you) are acting like anchors if it benefits them Knowingly underpay staff

Thank you for taking the time to give feedback. It's encouraging to hear that there were aspects of your experience that you valued, particularly the opportunities for growth and the support you received during your offboarding process. At the same time, it's disappointing to learn that your experience changed over time and did not reflect the culture we want people to experience at HeliosX. We know that trust, support and constructive feedback matter and reflections like this are important as we continue to evolve.

Pros

The team here are incredible, everyone is very collaborative and really care about the customers. I can honestly say this is the best company I've worked for.

Cons

There have been some changes in senior leadership but that doesn't really affect myself or the team in our location

Pros

No real technical skills needed. Remote with full benefits/team leads can be helpful. Gift cards are awarded every 90 days or so for productivity. All equipment is provided. Office supply stipend. Low volume = low stress. High volume = high stress.

Cons

Daily/weekly quota can not be front loaded meaning you have to be active constantly instead of doing your work ahead of time and enjoying remote benefits like other companies. U.S. agents work with agents from other countries who are held to a lower standard/quality of work than they are. Call volume can be high at times. Overtime is rare. Leadership can be incompetent at times. Time spent is valued over productivity.
