Toxic Environment, Blame Shifting & Incompetence - Anonymous employee Healthfirst Employee Review

Hands down, this is the most toxic environment I have ever worked in. The management team is consistently incompetent, always looking for someone to blame for missed deadlines. Unfortunately, micromanagement and public humiliation seem to be ingrained in the company culture, which I find demoralizing. Working for this client has been an extremely unpleasant experience. Based on my time here, I would not recommend pursuing a career at Healthfirst.
