Awful and unprofessional company - Anonymous employee Healthfirst Employee Review

One of the most horrific work environments I have experienced. Leadership tolerated unprofessional and discriminatory behavior and comments, and HR and HR Shared Services were ineffective in addressing serious employee concerns. There was no accountability for problematic managers, and inappropriate behavior was often overlooked or excused based on tenure or organizational standing. Recruitment and workforce planning processes were corrupt and poorly managed, and employee feedback was frequently disregarded. The culture lacked transparency, consistency, and accountability. Significant cultural and leadership changes are needed.
