Pros
The residents of the nursing homes were a pleasure. Also met some nice administrators at the places I worked
Cons
Training was non-existent. Ended up scrubbing floors in shirt and tie because they allowed no overtime. I was asked to deal with issues I had no experience or training for (bed bugs). Often 12-16 hr days. No district mgr support. Fired me when I had some serious medical issues. I even had to spend the night there a few times because we weren't allowed to give overtime to our employees.
