"Diminisher Style" Management - Lead Consumer User Experience Designer HealthSparq Employee Review

- The UX/Research team leadership team is manipulative, bullying and diminishing of new talent. - Does not invite new ideas and support them, but plays politics at the expense of product/client/company health. Immature managers. - Top down approach. Hierarchical and blaming culture. - Scapegoat talented people who should be supported and utilized. Sadly, there is no protection for people who are actually making a difference in the company outside of this group. The company will allow the hostile environment and take all precautions to not get sued instead of evaluating actual performance metrics of the employee in perspective with the personalized abuse they are getting. This is a tired story that now only I experience but several others I know. - Bad leadership. Nepotism.
