Question 1
Qual pretensão salarial?
Você está disposta a trabalhar aos sábados?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HealthSparq (Portland, OR) in Feb 2020
Interview
I chatted in detail with the managers of the team over Video Chat, 2 or 3 - 30 mins meetings. That was followed up with a Lunch to meet and engage with members of the team. After that We spent quite a bit of time walking around the streets of Portland and chatting. It was a unique experience and I wish more companies that I interviewed at during this process would take a more person centered approach to the interviewing process.
After I had a few interviews with other teams at HeathSparq, but those were even less formal, and more testing how I would interact with other people. Last interview was with the CTO and his primary focus was to find out if I had a long term plan as a professional and if HealthSparq would help me achieve that.

Question 1
They asked about how I felt about Automation, and to give some examples of processes I have automated in the past.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at HealthSparq (Portland, OR) in Jan 2017
Interview
Pretty standard interview process where a recruiter reaches out to you on Linkedin...What surprised me is how after the pleasantries of the interview were finished (in the beginning of the call), the recruiter let her guard down and began telling me how difficult it was to slot the position, started sharing information about the internal culture of conflict, and how they were desperately looking to fill the position. After the interview, the recruiter told me that I'd absolutely be progressing to the next stage of the interview process as I was a "total match". What happened next left me with no choice but to abandon the prospect of working for this company. The hiring manager forgot about the interview and blew me off several times. After relaying this to the recruiter whom I spoke with initially, she apologized and hoped that I'd still consider working for them, etc. I decided this had gone far enough and bowed out of the selection process. shortly after the interview fiasco was over, I looked up the hiring manager on Linkedin and he had since moved onto another company. I'd recommend steering clear of this place...It appears they are in the midst of some choppy waters...
