      Salary is about average. It's better than bedside nursing during a pandemic.

      Pros

      Usually overtime available, small staff so everyone knows everyone & easy to work with other departments to resolve client issues.

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime and if not completed you’ll be written up. Its been several years since I left so hopefully this has changed
