Upper management is too busy on the numbers and does not focus on our capabilities (without being in 10 places at once) which is causing burn out with lower level employees. They worry so much about how much more and faster their workers can work without actually working with us and asking what is wrong from our point of view.
They recently changed our benefits. PTO is not a given bank anymore and what was once a separate bank for Holiday and Dr. Time, it's now all PTO accrual and using only PTO for all three - this really messed up people's plans. 401k match was decreased this year by an overall .5%.
