Pros

Remote, was allowed to work 4 days a week (but it was 4 long 10 hour days), used to have off in the summer but they got rid of that

Cons

Major instability, lots of changes and layoffs-including laying off therapists, micromanaging and high productivity requirement, changes in scheduling and salary.

Pros

Good pay Benefits W2 Consistent case load

Cons

High productivity No room to even breath, if you want to have a job where you are seeing clients back to back without breaks or even room to eat something. No Control over your schedule, you have to submit a request to block and change your schedule. Your schedule request can be denied and must be reviewed and that can take days to weeks. you get no paid time off. And also position instability. No therapist independence everything we do is micromanaged Clients are just thrown on your schedule Lack of communication
