Pros
I love working at Hawkes because of the awesome coworkers, great flexibility and really wonderful products we offer. This is the hands-down the best environment I have worked in over the last ten years and it is exciting to have such growth ahead of us!
Cons
Everything pivots very, very quickly and the stress level is sometimes very high. This is in part because of the growth in the organization and in part because of the industry but it is a LOT to handle oftentimes. The benefit is working with a fantastic team and we all help each other to get through it all together.
