Pros

Work from home with excellent work–life balance Unlimited PTO, time off is always approved and leadership is understanding of unexpected life events Approachable, responsive team and leadership who are always willing to assist Role flexibility with opportunities to evolve responsibilities, for example, I began on the sales team and now assist with sales, billing, and operations Great culture with fun team-building activities and prizes Wellness support including insurance reimbursements, health and wellness credits, and free telehealth services

Cons

I honestly don’t have any cons! I’m very happy with my position and how it has evolved. Because I assist three different departments, I do have to stay extremely organized to manage all my tasks, due dates, and varying responsibilities. At times, especially when a big project arises, it can feel overwhelming to keep everything on track, but if I voice that I need help or more time, it’s always met with understanding and flexibility. I feel truly respected and appreciated here, and I’ve never experienced any toxicity, it’s the complete opposite of my previous company.

Pros

The benefits are insane, from their healthcare coverage to paternity leave. Fully remote is a plus as well. The staff there is second to none and is always willing to help. Leadership is always willing to listen and they will actually implement on suggestions. They practice what they preach with marketing, and it shows with the logos they can attract.

Cons

They are growing still and are trying to balance growth and over hiring. Not a con, but growing pains can be felt throughout the staff. They are working on it, not, but having a dialed-in onboarding process for new salespeople. Once again, they are growing, so it's evolving day by day. Could use a more competitive commission plan. Not a lot of cons with working at HawkSEM. Just growth pain points of success.
