      Great team of account managers. Work from home. Variety of clients.

      Cons

      Healthcare offering was a joke. Inconsistent HR processes. No strategy or real leadership from the top. Fake sense of company culture.

      Pros

      Working from home is always nice and it's decent pay for junior marketers in the field. Definitely a good way to get your foot in the door if you're just starting your career.

      Cons

      Leadership is pretty green so you'd only get basic knowledge if you're trying to learn. Wouldn't be a good fit for established marketers looking to advance their careers with not much room to grow. A more fun agency than most but lacks experience and growth opportunities.

      Decent Pay Remote Work Clients from different industries

      Cons

      If you are looking to grow, this is the wrong place. Managers with no experience get promoted. Meeting are waste of time & with very little collaboration. No proprietary information or strategies within the agency. Clients are paying agency fees but not getting agency benefits. Lack of any process & standardization - leads to stress and helplessness. You won't grow if you work here - you are better off working for yourself or looking elsewhere.
