      Very good time off for Holidays.

      During season it works very well. During the off season, too many chiefs not enough Indians. Low Pay.

      Pros

      Easy, laid-back environment. Decent work-life balance. Overtime during the seasonal month.

      Cons

      Lackluster management, lack of communication between departments and shifts. Not much overtime throughout the year.
