Harry & David interview questions

This was a seasonal work from home position. No interview questions. You either accepted or declined the rate of pay and the working hours offered. Very easy. The next step was to submit the paperwork authorizing a background check.

I applied for the role via Indeed, and was soon contacted by a recruiter for an initial phone screening to assess my fit for the position. After the call, the recruiter followed up the same day to inform me that the team was impressed with my profile and invited me to move forward in the process. The interview process consists of three rounds: Round 1 (Completed): A technical discussion with the ABAP team focused on: ABAP debugging strategies Working with BADIs (Business Add-Ins) Experience with SmartForms Project-based problem-solving Core ABAP programming knowledge
