      Nothing, at all. Management is garbage and no one cares to fix anything.

      Cons

      The warehouse is severely disorganized and the people above you dont care to fix it. Their computer system is horrendous.

      Pros

      Easy, laid-back environment. Decent work-life balance. Overtime during the seasonal month.

      Cons

      Lackluster management, lack of communication between departments and shifts. Not much overtime throughout the year.
