      Pros

      The job itself isn't bad. Keeps you busy enough most of the time so that you aren't getting bored with nothing to do.

      Cons

      Sometimes you're the only one there trying to inspect multiple trucks at one time, which is a pain when flowers or fruit comes in. Manager can be very rude and condescending.

      Pros

      Easy, laid-back environment. Decent work-life balance. Overtime during the seasonal month.

      Cons

      Lackluster management, lack of communication between departments and shifts. Not much overtime throughout the year.
