Avoid this company - Sales Associate Harding Retail Employee Review

Avoid this company ! They will tell you lies during the interview just to hire you. You work on poor commission and if you don’t achieve target for cruise you won’t get any. You can earn money only as a watch specialist or liqueur specialist (as long as you achieve target) Management in store is TERRIBLE and unprofessional and they get their positions based on they experience as a sales associates. They are zero as a leaders. They don’t no anything about organization. There is a lot of conflict of interest. They make decisions based on they own personal opinion about someone. I would recommend you to AVOID this company!
