I value Harbor’s collaborative work environment, the opportunity to learn and grow with the team, and the chance to contribute to meaningful work. I also appreciate clear communication, supportive leadership, and a workplace culture that encourages accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

One area that could be improved is providing clearer status updates on equipment or laptop requests. For example, it would be helpful to receive confirmation such as “We have received your request” and follow-up updates on the expected timeline or next steps. This would make the onboarding process even smoother and reduce uncertainty for new team members.

This company was great at first. My department was rebadged over for a projected cost savings. Great idea when the managers know what they are doing.

The managers are many and the workers are spread thin, so they confuse the responsibilities and tasks at hand by trying to get you to support multiple clients with little training. The turnover rate is 1-2 every quarter.
