Pros

Absolutely Zero: "Pro" is Just a Myth in This Company's Vocabulary.

Cons

Let's cut the sugar-coating and get real: Every single negative review here hits the nail on the head. Don't believe a single ounce of the positive ones; they're as fake as a three-dollar bill. Employees are coerced into scribbling these phony praises under the threat of job loss. The CEO? A narcissistic tyrant with the emotional depth of a teaspoon. Respect? Forget about it; he wouldn't know the meaning if it slapped him in the face. Management? They're spineless cowards, more concerned with keeping their own hides intact than standing up for what's right. HR? They're just puppets dancing on the company's strings, never on your side, never making you feel even remotely valued. And don't even get me started on the micromanagement; it's like being suffocated by a boa constrictor. Flexibility? Yeah, right. You'll be chained to your desk, even on vacation, forced to endure pointless meetings led by the CEO himself, who's more interested in playing the fool than running a respectable company. Oh, and his latest trophy? Just another gold-digging parasite. This place is a circus, a joke, a steaming pile of garbage. Do yourself a favor: steer clear, unless you enjoy being part of a toxic sideshow.

Dear colleague! We totally get it. You have recently been made redundant due to operational requirements and you are understandably disappointed. You sit down in the intention to write a review, then see the posts here, and get washed away with the tide. Changes of operational requirements is a very cold economic phrase, which in reality means, that skilled people, like you, unexpectedly might lose their position, and this is always sad. We know you wanted to stay with us and we are sorry we could not offer a position which fits your skillset. This is in no way a reflection on your competence as an employee or person, and I am sure you will find an employment in which you not only can use, but expand your skillset and fit your long term career goals. However the fact that you would have preferred to stay with us is much better feedback, than anything this unreIiabIe ranting platform could ever give us. We truly wish you good luck with your future challenges!

Pros

Get to travel, meet great ppl from around the world

Cons

The CEO needs his ego stroked at all times and gets jealous very easily - always needing to be the main character in the room. Narcissistic, sadistic and animalistic in his nature, if you possess certain qualities he lacks, he will automatically hate you because he feels his intelligence compromised. Get ready to be demeaned, insulted and screamed at daily because he will try to break you down until you leave.
