      Pros

      The people are great. From the sales team to marketing, administration, and researchers, everyone is generally helpful and intelligent. If you like higher education in particular, this is a great place to learn.

      Cons

      Opportunities to grow in sales can be a little challenging as the company is smaller and territories are already spread out, so finding a role on the director/AE team can be tough.
