A phone screening, a take home assessment, and then 2-3 rounds of interviews.
Besides the fact that this process is so completely excessive for a BDR role, I was ghosted at the end of the interviewing process 😐
The interview process was quick with an intial phone screen. I had to take an assesment. Was not moved forward after the assesment so I think there's specific things they're looking for.

Interview
My phone call with the recruiter went very well. I was informed about the next steps, including two additional interviews scheduled within the next week, a timeline, and a possible start date. However, I didn’t hear back from the recruiter about scheduling the next interview. I followed up with an email but didn’t receive a response until days later when I received an automated email saying I was not selected for the position. It was disappointing to experience such a lack of follow-through after a promising initial conversation. I’d advise others not to get their hopes up when dealing with this organization
