12yThank you very much for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that your experience at Hanover was not always positive. Our clients and partners set very high expectations in terms of product quality and turnaround times and we are clear during the hiring process that the research role is deadline driven and competitive however I can appreciate that this can be very challenging at times, especially when you are working independently. We continue to invest in manager training along with other forms of professional development for all employees and continue to hire experienced managers from outside the firm to infuse new energy and people management skills into each department. Thank you for bringing these items to our attention. We appreciate the feedback and are working on constantly improving.
