9yThank you for sharing your feedback. Sales roles at all companies are metrics driven. New hires are given the same training and ramp up time and then are expected to start working towards achieving their targets - either meeting volume or revenue targets. Success and promotions in these roles are also determined by consistently meeting those targets. As for the snacks, staff vote on these each month so if they want different snacks, they can petition for them and have them added.
