      The business is heading in the right direction and being passed down to the next generation in the Hamilton family name. The business is solid and is full of smart, talented people.

      Cons

      I was caught in a transition where the company had a lot of changes and growing pains. It was unpleasant to see everyone I worked with leave the company. Never an inspiring moment!
