Hamilton Group interview questions

Das Vorstellungsgespräch verlief in einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Zunächst führte ich ein Gespräch mit der HR-Verantwortlichen und dem Teamleiter, anschliessend folgte ein weiteres Gespräch mit dem Area Manager und dem Teamleiter.

The interview had two phases. First there was a shorter interview which involved HR presenting an introduction about the company and the role (~30m), followed by a short technical interview held by the team leader (another ~30m). After two days I received a call from the company and was invited to a technical interview held on-site by the team leader. This was the second phase of the interview which took somewhere ~2h+. During this time we discussed technical topics regarding embedded systems principles, how they can be applied in different cases, C & C++ principles and how they apply in different scenarios, communication protocols, previous experience, current project for which the role is assigned and different topics regarding internal processes and methods/way of working. The interview was very good, I liked the way the team leader approached each question and topic. It made the atmosphere professional but not tense. I had many interviews before and this one I consider the best in terms of how I was approached by the employer.
