Pros

Fantastic opportunities to work with leading technologies. Travel opportunities Direct management compassionate, adapting to employee life crises with understanding and care. Reimbursable 2/3: Home Internet, "Smart" Mobile Phone, or Cellular Modem

Cons

Work/life balance is chaotic, at times it is all work and no life, at others it is all life and no work. Internal training is subpar or nonexistent, be prepared for self education on all aspects of work including proprietary equipment and applications, as well as all third party equipment. While reimbursement policy is excellent, Sr. management refuses staff credit or even electronic submission of receipts, the process has been forcibly thrown back to pre-facsimile era. Staff under supported in all aspect from IT through Project Management. Project management is lacking continuity, documentation, responsibility, and staffing.
