Poor power hungry leadership with no content expertise at all. Leadership exercises their power whenever they can. Zero consideration and compassion for staff. Poor work life balance. No autonomy or room for critical thinking. Required in office 2 days a week when all work can be done from home only for optics. But they say they are flexible and consider the global impact when it’s the exact opposite. No opportunity for growth.
