Supportive colleagues and 5 years of hard work overshadowed by incompetent new management - Retail Merchandiser Hallmark Employee Review

Pay is too low. New management ruined everything, at least in my world. My boss resigned because of her new boss coming in trying to micromanage her when my boss had been with the company 20+ years and didn't want to deal with that which I understand. Then I got terminated by that new boss after I told her about my newly diagnosed personality disorder which is illegal. I already filed a formal complaint with the EEOC and have an interview with them next month.
