Awful place - Retail Assistant Halfords Employee Review

When I first started Halfords they were great they cared about customers and colleagues but now all the care about is there bonuses they get. No care what so ever for colleagues or anyone else. They want you to work with minimal staff but still produce all the numbers and want you to do 10 different things at once. Halfords for the last few years have been a toxic place to work. I don’t recommend it
