Pros
There are great people to work with in each of the departments. They are familiar with the "rush" and "priority" items (which tend to be almost everything) so most are willing to help fellow team members whenever needed.
Cons
The environment is extremely stressful, heavy workloads that never seem to stop, and the management teams don't seem to help with much. There are conflicting priorities even after providing feedback that this needed to be addressed.
