Pros
Was given opportunities to make positive impacts on the teams I was part of and received promotions/raises because of it. Great benefits packages including 401k match and ESPP.
Cons
Unfortunately having great reviews and completing high quality work to not mean much past your manager because of the many levels of management. Hard to get a clear picture of the company's direction and to feel secure of your job with products constantly being shuffled around and whole teams being let go.
