The hiring process is quick, easy and they don’t require you to have a degree if you have a little work experience.
Cons
As a Software Engineer working in the Boston area, I enjoyed working here but late last year the department took on a new direction that’s People and Software focused. Slogans aside, the result of this is a toxic work environment that shows little integrity towards its workers. This may be ok if you’re looking for short-term employment. I would not look for a career here though, as I Seemore bad practices being imposed.
