Pros
Good people, a lot of autonomy and not much red tape. If you want to drive change and improvement, it is embraced. I've learned a lot.
Cons
Difficult to get anything done because NOTHING is stable. Not many layers of management, so middle and front-line managers are spread pretty thin.
