I've been at HackerTrail for almost an year now, all I can say is that, Hackertrail provides a lot of opportunities to innovate and add value to the organization You'll get to work with companies from many various domains, which provides a lot of opportunities to learn Well experienced and knowledgeable leadership team, who always encourage the team and has a genuine concern for employees' well being. CEO personally checks in with each employee frequently on how things are going with them and encourages everyone to do their best, 1 year at Hackertrail is like 3 years elsewhere, one can gain that much knowledge and learn in a short span of time here, there's always a visible desire for improvement in every aspect of the organization
Cons
None actually, the management is always open for feedback and most importantly they 'listen' to the concerns of employees and act accordingly. Yes, there are challenges, being a fast growing start-up and serving clients, who are Giants in their respective domains, and we, being a critical resource for them and priorities changing quickly, there could be pressure but, it's all a part of the journey.
