      The leader gives me the freedom and autonomy to build my desk and more importantly providing me with careful guidance.

      There were no pros! Worst work experience so far.

      Cons

      Management constantly micro-managed, broke rules, didn't follow the alternate work days for employees during covid. Very stingy with the way they behaved.
