      Profit Sharing, Bonuses, some overtime, sodas 25 cent

      Cons

      Talented people are not appreciated. You will have to have a great relationships with your Manager to be promoted. You will end up training people with less experience getting more paid than you.

      Pros

      This is a great company to work for. As a manufacturing engineer you get a well rounding experience that allows you to get hands-on assembly/troubleshooting experience, tool design experience, and new product implementation experience. The pay is competitive with monthly bonuses as well as annual bonuses and the 401K discretionary contribution by the employer ends up being higher than the average match offered by other employers. Overall, Haas is a great place to work!

      Cons

      The only con in my opinion is that the company is moving production to Henderson, NV.
