      Pros

      Competent, qualified staff, great corporate structure, awesome benefits package, just an all around good place to work. Employees all get along, its like working with one big family. Everyone has a job to do, and the tools to do it.

      Cons

      Long long hours, but its worth it. You know you are a valued employee at Haas Automation Inc. Traveling long distances.

      Pros

      This is a great company to work for. As a manufacturing engineer you get a well rounding experience that allows you to get hands-on assembly/troubleshooting experience, tool design experience, and new product implementation experience. The pay is competitive with monthly bonuses as well as annual bonuses and the 401K discretionary contribution by the employer ends up being higher than the average match offered by other employers. Overall, Haas is a great place to work!

      Cons

      The only con in my opinion is that the company is moving production to Henderson, NV.
