      Pros

      You are introduced to a lot of interesting engineering topics rather quickly. You can rise up as fast as you want if you put in the work. You get what you give. Very profitable business that is always looking to improve which means plenty of work to do so you will rarely find yourself bored.

      Tough environment, management can be cut throat

      Pros

      This is a great company to work for. As a manufacturing engineer you get a well rounding experience that allows you to get hands-on assembly/troubleshooting experience, tool design experience, and new product implementation experience. The pay is competitive with monthly bonuses as well as annual bonuses and the 401K discretionary contribution by the employer ends up being higher than the average match offered by other employers. Overall, Haas is a great place to work!

      Cons

      The only con in my opinion is that the company is moving production to Henderson, NV.
