      The reviews provided by everyone with 4 or 5 star ratings are all fake as they internally asked all the employees to provide so most of the ratings are in the month of May or June or September.

      Cons

      Management of the company had done so many irregularities and too much of toxic work culture. Better to stay away with this company rather than to waste your time and energy due to politics.

      It used to be a great company for growth and making a difference.

      Cons

      After the Bain acquisition, the entire leadership team was replaced my Avanade leadership and their culture is micromanagement and incompetency disguised as 5 layers of management.
