      Pros

      It's been 8 months since I joined HSO. The best part of the company is it provides lots of learning opportunities. Of course, the salary & other perks are the best.

      None as of now. Will add it in the future if I find any.

      It used to be a great company for growth and making a difference.

      Cons

      After the Bain acquisition, the entire leadership team was replaced my Avanade leadership and their culture is micromanagement and incompetency disguised as 5 layers of management.
