      - Good people/lesser politics compared to competitors - Priority from management is to see each individual grow - Excellent values, doing the right things

      Cons

      - Many training/meetings (not for everyone - ensuring we are all aligned on current situation + capability building - Military Camp for Headhunters (I personally enjoy this atmosphere)
