      Pros

      The best part about HR Knowledge is the people you work with. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and always willing to take the time to answer a question or help you resolve an issue. Working within a skilled and experienced team of professionals allows the ability to continue learning and be exposed to many facets of HR. For someone looking to build their HR skills its a great opportunity.

      Cons

      Every company has their pros and cons, its deciding which ones are important to you. I feel management has come along way in communication and training, and truly wanting to have an environment where their employees are happy. At the end of the day though, the work needs to come first and sometimes there is just more than everyone can handle. Continuing to cross train and find ways to produce work more effectively is definitely a way to help improve the work load. The plus side, is that you are never looking at the clock. You come in each morning and the time just seems to fly by.

We appreciate that you have acknowledged the growth of our leadership team, communication and training is an area we have spent significant time over the past year focusing our efforts and energy on. Having the feedback in our employee survey last year was instrumental in our ability to hone in on the areas our employees and we will continue these efforts in 2020; along with cross-training which we will be rolling out more details about these efforts in our upcoming Town Hall Meeting.       Pros

      I have seen reviews from years past that completely vilify this company. They couldn’t be more wrong. Please don’t give those reviews any weight. I have never worked at a company that values it’s employee more. Work-life balance is the foremost value. Management is always open to new ideas and processes that make your work more efficient. Face-paced environment where you will always have something to do. Since Covid the company has had to completely change its processes and culture to fit into the remote work world. All new hires are blown away at the seamless onboarding process. The management is constantly looking to make things better for employees including surveys that always produce suggestions that get implemented. Hr Knowledge is constantly evolving to make sure employees have all the tools they need for a successful career.

      Cons

      Not really a con but a Fast-paced environment. If you can’t handle that, then this isn’t the right company for you.
