- Upper management is really good at "managing up" to make it look like they have their stuff together, but when it comes to actually supporting their teams most of them are MIA. Most managers are not interested in inspiring individual success unless it reflects directly on them, they are looking for the next chance to accept recognition for a job well done (by their team).
- Job descriptions do not match the job expected. There is always more piled on and everyone is expected to upsell.
- Pay and Benefits are abysmal.
