Company really cared of their employees, and company really tried to give their best to employees. Your senior manager / head will try to give you opportunity to grow.
Cons
Career development is minimal to none. Even if you want to get promoted, it will take time, and you have to proactively seek for internal job posting. In some teams, promotions might be easier than other teams. There are also teams that prefer to hire externally, so that’s another thing to take into account when deciding if you want to stay or pursue other opportunities.
