Sampoerna is well acknowledge by most Indonesian as one of the greatest company with legendary brand. Very good place to develop your knowledge and skill. At the same the multi cultural organization allows you to grow and learning a lot of new fun during your assignment
Cons
What can I say, for Sampoerna 7 days a week-24 hours per day are never enough. You will spend a lot of energy building presentation. On the other side this organization is very huge and a lot of politic in the office.
