Pros

Literally no pros at all.

Cons

The pay is not enough for the amount of work done, rude customers and even ruder management. Higher ups fire people for doing nothing, barely any break time or time to breath in between calls or else you get flagged, and they want you to spend your life working there without giving you days off.
