      Pros

      Remote work is nice. Health Insurance is decent.

      Cons

      Upper management is very out of touch. Pay raises are either delayed each year or don’t happen at all. There is no transparency regarding annual merit raises. Management hides behind remote working. They eliminated the employee incentive program so no incentive and no merit increase.
