Pros

I was able to wfh during the pandemic. My coworkers were amazing human beings. Many opportunities under their umbrella.

Cons

Pay was not standard or comparable to other companies in this area. Inadequate technology/equipment supplied to wfh. So many inconsistencies in how policies were enforced. Constantly forced to use personal time to sign in on all systems and not paid for that time, often adding a few hours worked weekly unpaid. Assigned additional tasks to help train new coworkers/work special projects for my clients and HGS without compensation. Little to no training for working on new systems or under new policies.
