      A Wonderful Organization - Director of Operations HGS Employee Review

      Pros

      The entire team is very human and thirsty to grow without leaving anyone behind. In the US, there is a large remote footprint with some on-site opportunities. The organization is very mission-driven and have exceptional senior leaders in place...something that some may feel hard-pressed to find in some organizations. We can all learn from HGS on how to lead and manage and thus drive a very positive culture.

      Cons

      Not really a con: The organization is going through some transitions and restructuring and so contract awards are at a slower pace, however, they have what it takes, including the persons therein to perform very well for new or existing clients.
